Shopify Theme License Agreement

When you purchase an Optivex Shopify theme, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the theme for one Shopify store, unless a different license is clearly stated in writing.

This license allows you to use the theme commercially for your own store, but it does not transfer ownership of the theme, source files, design system, documentation, or Optivex intellectual property.

Under this license, you may:

• Install the theme on one Shopify store.
• Modify the theme for your own business.
• Use the theme commercially for your own store.
• Create store-specific content, layouts, and customizations for your licensed Shopify store.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, lease, or share the theme files.
• Upload the theme, modified versions, or derivative versions to marketplaces.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the original theme.
• Share download files, private links, source files, or license access with another person or business.
• Sell modified versions of the theme as your own product.
• Use one license across multiple Shopify stores unless Optivex gives written permission.

Optivex retains ownership of the original theme design, code, structure, documentation, and related intellectual property. Your store-specific content, product information, photography, and brand assets remain yours.

Optivex may provide updates, improvements, or compatibility releases at its discretion. Access to updates may depend on the product purchased, license status, support period, or platform where the product was sold.

Support may include help with theme installation, product defects, or documented theme features. Support does not include unlimited customization, third-party app debugging, custom development, Shopify account management, or business consulting unless separately agreed.

Optivex may terminate your license if you violate this agreement. If your license is terminated, you must stop using the theme and delete all copies in your possession or control.
